Tenacity Email Disclaimer

In accordance with the requirements and terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (‘POPIA’ / “the Act”), Tenacity Computer Services (PTY) LTD endeavours to ensure the protection of its clients, contacts, and employees’ personal information. In this regard, we seek to meet the compliance requirements of the Act. In the event that we are given access to process personal information provided by you, we hereby agree to observe the minimum eight conditions of the Act, including the obligation for all processors to put in place security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal information it processes on your behalf, as well as to immediately inform you where there are reasonable grounds to believe that this personal information may have been accessed or acquired by any unauthorised person.
